- Problem
An O&G super major client lacked an automated communications platform for engaging wholesalers, resulting in manual work and no visibility into program engagement and response.
- Solution
Focusing on automation platforms where the client had existing licenses, we implemented a full-scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiative that provided training and onboarding, along with ongoing advisement and guidance that not only saved them money, but it gave them immediate marketing data analytics insights to drive enhanced efficiency and engagement.
- Outcomes
By implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and leveraging existing platform licenses, the O&G super major achieved rapid improvements in efficiency and visibility. Manual processes were replaced with automated, scalable communications, drastically reducing time and effort for internal teams. With real-time marketing data and analytics now at their fingertips, the client gained valuable insights into wholesaler engagement and program performance. This empowered more informed decision-making, improved targeting, and enhanced the overall effectiveness of their outreach. The initiative not only delivered significant cost savings but also laid the groundwork for sustained marketing agility and stronger wholesaler relationships. and streamlined communications architecture in place, the insurance/brokerage client quickly saw improved lead generation and stronger customer retention. By optimizing their CRM and marketing automation platforms, the client achieved early wins through targeted, timely communications that resonated with both prospects and existing customers. The phased approach not only delivered immediate time and cost efficiencies but also established a scalable foundation for long-term growth.
