An insurance/brokerage client with a fragmented and ineffective customer communications program was challenged with bringing in new leads and keeping existing ones, as their CRM and marketing automation platforms were seriously impeding their upsell and retention efforts.

Understanding their customer journey, we built a crawl/walk/run comprehensive strategy and communications architecture to achieve immediate quick wins with a future roadmap using marketing automation and CRM platforms to continue moving the needle for prospects and customers. The result delivered both time and cost savings and increased lead generation.

With the new crawl/walk/run strategy and streamlined communications architecture in place, the insurance/brokerage client quickly saw improved lead generation and stronger customer retention. By optimizing their CRM and marketing automation platforms, the client achieved early wins through targeted, timely communications that resonated with both prospects and existing customers.
