As a rapidly growing commodities trading software company, Fendahl needed a modernized digital presence that better reflected the strength and sophistication of their Fusion ETRM platform. Their website and core marketing collateral had not kept pace with the company’s expansion, and with only one internal marketing resource—who was also managing multiple responsibilities—they lacked the capacity to elevate their brand, support sales, or prepare for major industry events. They had clear marketing ambitions but not the bandwidth or support to execute them consistently.

Necteres first partnered with Fendahl to completely redesign their website, delivering a clearer, more credible digital presence that aligned with their product strength and growth trajectory. Through that process, it became clear that Fendahl needed broader marketing support—both strategically and in day-to-day execution. With only one internal marketing resource juggling multiple responsibilities, they engaged Necteres on an ongoing, as-needed basis to fill critical gaps.

Since then, Necteres has supported Fendahl with updated sales and investor materials, strategic planning and execution for Energy Trading Week, and refreshed marketing collateral. By acting as an extension of their internal team, Necteres provides the structure, expertise, and capacity Fendahl needs to finally advance marketing initiatives they’ve long wanted to execute but never had the bandwidth to pursue.

With Necteres providing full-service marketing support, Fendahl has strengthened its brand presence across multiple touchpoints and accelerated initiatives that had previously stalled due to limited internal bandwidth. The redesigned website delivers a more modern, credible, and conversion-focused digital experience for prospects and investors. Updated sales and investor materials now communicate the value of the Fusion ETRM platform with greater clarity and impact. Their presence at Energy Trading Week was elevated with a more strategic booth and event plan, resulting in stronger engagement and a more cohesive brand impression.
